Custom Papers
Custom PapersCustom papers are important to every business or organization. Their main purpose is to preserve the organization's documents and their files so that they can be retrieved and used whenever needed. They can be used for storing letters, items, videos, images, documents, files, invoices, mails, etc. Although custom papers are provided by the organizations themselves, some organizations also have the need of hiring a copywriter or a printer to help them in producing a customized paper.Custom paper is designed according to the customer's requirements. It is designed in such a way that it will give a strong image of the organization. However, there are a lot of organizations that do not understand how the document should look like. Sometimes, the organization's content can be classified into different groups and then the paper should be designed to show them. In the process of custom paper designing, a lot of time should be spent to analyze the different categories and figure out which category needs to be highlighted or the one that has to be masked.Once the paper is designed, it must be printed using the printing equipment that the organization has. There are several ways by which a custom printed paper can be produced. These methods include:The first method is the use of the traditional way of paper making, known as the offset printing. This method involves using manual press machines to print a sheet of paper. The printed paper is placed on a plain plate and the plate is left over a bed of water. The second method is the process of Laser print which is used to produce very fine and very detailed sheets of paper. In this type of paper, the ink is put into a semi-vacuum chamber before the plates are then transferred onto paper. The third method is the bi-layered process. The paper is applied directly onto paper before being exposed to an ultraviolet lamp that uses a process called 'percolation' to absorb the ink. The paper is then trimmed to the correct size before the ink is transferred onto the substrate. The fourth method is called the Photo-Fax printing. With this method, the papers are first applied with UV sensitive ink on paper rolls before being sent through the Post Office, thus printing a copy of the original. The roll of paper is then returned to the printer, after which the final pieces of paper are put onto a rolling machine to be delivered to the customers. These papers can be used for storing electronic files, DVDs, photos, journals, catalogs, papers, correspondence, etc. Each document is important to an organization, therefore it is important that they retain their documents intact and for a long time.
